Simply email or phone in your order 24 hours a day. We will confirm your order between 10am - 7 pm and let you know when you can expect delivery. If you live or work in our Standard Delivery Area, most in-stock orders will be delivered within 72 hours. We accept cash, checks, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. email an order
Auto-Delivery
We can prepare a delivery schedule which will automatically bring food to you based on your pets' usage. No more last minute e-mails, phone calls, or trips to the store- your order will be conveniently waiting for you upon your arrival at home. Auto-delivery schedules can easily be adjusted to reflect changes in consumption or to add treats, toys or other supplies.
Special Orders
Looking for a product you've heard or read about? Put our special order hounds on the job and we'll do our best to locate it for you. Once we find your item, we will contact you with a price quote and order it for you if you desire. We request a 25% deposit on all special orders. email special order request

Annual Price List
We publish a printed Price List at the beginning of every year. While we do our best to maintain pricing, adjustments are occasionally necessary. You may download our Price List as a pdf file or we can drop one in the mail to you. To receive your copy of our printed Price List, just give us a call or send an email. email Price List request

We're happy to pass along names of Seattle area doggie daycare, pet sitters, vets, or obedience instructors who may be able to help. Our referrals are based on personal contact and client recommendations only. We do not accept advertising.

New Puppy/Training Discounts - we offer a one time discount on 5 or more items recommended by your shelter or trainer. We tailor each package to your specific situation to ensure you receive only the products you need.
Referral Discounts - Save $2 each time you introduce a friend to us as a new food client. They will save $2 on their first bag of food as well! Earn a pound o’ biscuits for yourself and every friend you introduce to us as a new nonfood client. No limit on either of these referral programs.
Treat of the Month Club - Surprise your pooch every month with a new and tasty treat! Save at least 10% each time! Each month the featured treats will be delivered with your food order. Featured treats range in cost from $1.00-$5.00 and will reflect a minimum of 10% off the regular price. Enrollment is FREE. You may cancel your participation at any time.
Feature(s) of the Month- Each month we feature favorite or new items at specially discounted pricing. Feature pricing is valid through the end of the month or while supplies last.

WA state sales tax collected on all in-state sales.
$15 minimum order required for delivery in Standard & Expanded service area.
Phone lines open 24 hours, calls returned promptly between 10am-7pm. We normally make deliveries Monday through Friday during daylight hours only.
No minimum order for Mail Order. Shipping charges are added to all mail orders.
$25 Charge for returned checks. Past due accounts will accrue interest charges.
